Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the SkyNet365 marketplace. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

The marketplace

• SkyNet365 operates tiered, real-time auctions matching vendor-posted leads to buyer campaigns. Auction outcomes are final at the moment of wallet debit, subject to the dispute process below.
• Wallet balances are prepaid credits denominated in USD cents. Credits are not interest-bearing and are refundable per the network operator's policy.

Disputes and refunds

• Buyers may dispute a purchased lead within the network's dispute window for defined reasons (invalid contact data, duplicate, consent defect). Approved disputes credit the wallet.
• Network operators adjudicate disputes; their resolution-center decisions are final within the platform.

Vendor obligations

• Vendors warrant they have lawful rights and consumer consent to sell each posted lead, and that payload fields are accurate as captured.
• Signing secrets must not be shared; vendors are responsible for traffic signed with their credentials.

Acceptable use

• No posting of purchased, scraped, or recycled data misrepresented as fresh consented leads.
• No use of the platform to violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy law, or carrier rules.

Service

The platform is provided as-is with commercially reasonable uptime. The demo network exists for evaluation; demo wallets, leads, and identities are synthetic and reset on a schedule.
